Fitness, physical activity, nutrition, sleep, and mindset are all important components of a person’s wellbeing. My goal is to help people incorporate fitness, healthy lifestyle habits, and a positive mindset into their lives to improve their physical and mental health, as well as, improve their self-esteem and belief in their abilities.

Online Coaching
Online Coaching includes the following: an individualized fitness program, online group exercise classes (bootcamp, yoga, piloga, spin, yoga & weights, and TRX), pre-recorded classes, nutrition guidance, 1 monthly 30-45 minute video chat, and mindset coaching (if interested). This program requires a 3 month commitment, and after 3 months there is an option to continue on a month to month basis.

Athlete Mindset Training
Reach your true athletic potential through Athlete Mindset Training. this program is a month long commitment, additional sessions can be added on. Topics will be geared to individual or team needs; for example: failure, pressure, focus, positive thinking, reframing thoughts, fear, mental blocks, mindfulness, breathing, yoga, meditation, grit, mental toughness, goals, champion mindset, etc. Sessions will include information, handouts, activities, written exercises, discussions, and homework.
Sessions can be held online, at a team’s facility, or at ELEV8.

Acro/ Gymnastics Skills
Handstands, arm balances, forearm stands, cartwheels, round offs, front walkovers, back walkovers, front handsprings, back handsprings, aerials, front tucks, and back tucks.
